实施乡村振兴战略是新时代新征程“三农”工作的总抓手。产业振兴是激发乡村内生发展动力的源泉，更是乡村全面振兴的基础和关键。近年来，河南省唐河县坚持以乡村产业振兴为引领，以招商引资项目为依托，以乡村振兴产业园建设为平台，构建产业发展新模式，初步探索出一条以乡村振兴产业园建设促进产业兴旺，赋能乡村全面振兴的新路径，有效推动了县域经济高质量发展。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy serves as the overarching principle for agricultural,rural,and farmer-related work in the new era. Industrial revitalization constitutes the driving force for endogenous rural development and forms the fundamental basis for comprehensive rural revitalization. In recent years,Tanghe County of Henan Province,has pioneered a novel development model by leveraging rural industrial revitalization as the guiding framework,investment attraction projects as the foundation,and the construction of rural revitalization industrial parks as the platform. This approach has established a new pathway for promoting industrial prosperity and empowering holistic rural revitalization through industrial park development. Examining Tanghe County's practice,distinctive features,and outcomes in advancing industrial revitalization via such parks provides innovative insights for comprehensive rural revitalization,offering significant reference value for agricultural counties in central and western China.
