在乡村全面振兴稳步推进的背景下，党支部领办合作社，能够推动农村三产融合，促进农民增收，强化基层党组织建设并提升乡村治理效能。当前，党支部领办型合作社发展中面临着党组织引领效能不足、人才支撑不足、品牌建设不足等困境，需不断增强基层党组织引领力，激发乡村发展新活力，塑造农业品牌新优势，营造共同富裕良好环境，以组织振兴推进乡村产业、人才、文化、生态振兴。

Against the backdrop of the steady advancement of comprehensive rural revitalization,the cooperatives led by CPC branches can promote the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,increase farmers' income, strengthen the construction of grassroots CPC organizations and enhance the efficiency of rural governance. At present,the development of CPC branch-led cooperatives is confronted with difficulties such as insufficient leadship of the CPC organization,insufficient talent support, and insufficient brand building.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously enhance the leadship of CPC grassroots organizations,stimulate new vitality in rural development,shape new advantages of agricultural brands, create a favorable environment for common prosperity,and promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture and ecology through CPC grassroots organizational revitalization.
