共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求，是人民群众的共同期盼。许昌市作为国家城乡融合发展试验区和河南省城乡融合共同富裕先行试验区，在建设过程中取得了一定成效和经验。但当前仍存在乡村规划引领力不够强、土地要素保障力度不够大、基础设施建设水平不够均衡、城乡安全仍存在薄弱环节等短板。为此，应以高水平规划推进城乡融合，以土地要素改革增强发展动能，以基础设施建设提升城乡品质，以生态文明建设打造宜居环境，助力许昌高质量建设城乡融合共同富裕先行试验区。

Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and the common expectation of the people.As a national experimental zone for urban-rural integration and development and a pilot experimental zone for urban-rural integration and common prosperity in Henan Province,Xuchang has achieved certain effectiveness and experience in the construction process. However,there are still shortcomings such as insufficient guiding power of rural planning,unbalanced level of urban-rural infrastructure construction, and insufficient urban-rural safety. Therefore, it is necessary to promote urban-rural integration with high-level planning,enhance development momentum through the reform of land elements,improve urban-rural quality through infrastructure construction,and create a livable environment through ecological civilization construction,so as to help Xuchang build a highquality pilot zone for urban-rural integration and common prosperity.
